Refund Policy
1. Return Period:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All accessories and a copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact the support team for approval.
Once approved, the product must be shipped to the return address provided.
4. Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, in cases of defective or incorrect items, shipping fees will be covered by us.
5. Refund Process:
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. International Returns:
For international returns, the same process applies, but customs duties and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
